Now there are several things we can do to help us get better sleep. We can turn the TV off and other electronics at least an hour before bedtime. We can try to commit to getting to bed before ten o'clock or by ten o'clock we can take a hot bath. Maybe drink some night time teas with. Or during the day and maybe cut out caffeine midday. Don't have anything later in the day. What a lot of people don't know is sometimes when we go to sleep and then we wake up around three or four in the morning and we can't get back to sleep, sometimes that's our body processing our caffeine from earlier in the day. That is whats happening so it's back in the system.
